We’ll get your Toolally jewellery to you safe and sound – take a look at our delivery options below.

Standard delivery (2-3 working days) – £3.50 – FREE on UK orders over £75. The basket total must be £75 or more after all discounts have been applied and does not include the cost of any postage.

Next day delivery guaranteed by 4pm* (if ordered before 12:30pm) – £6.95

Next day Saturday delivery* (if ordered before 12:30pm) – £10.50

*Next day orders placed after 12.30pm Friday and before 12.30pm Monday will arrive the following Tuesday. Next day delivery is not available on Special Edition, bespoke or clip-on designs.


Since the UK left the EU, different regulations are now in place when shipping our products internationally.

For our international customers (including those in the EU), you may be required to pay a customs, VAT charge or handling fee when your order arrives in your country, before you can claim your parcel.

These charges can vary and depend on where the order is being sent, and the value of the item(s). To find out more and check the charges you may incur, please read your country’s customs and border control regulations.

Toolally cannot be held responsible for any charge incurred when importing items into your country.



We hope you’re totally in love with your Toolally purchase. If for any reason you are not, please return your jewellery unworn in its original packaging within 14 days of purchasing for an exchange or refund. All refunds and exchanges are processed within 7 working days.

Damaged products or exchanges can be returned to us for FREE*. For all other returns, we will refund the cost of your order less the cost of the return postage – £3.50.

*Free exchanges not available for products purchased in the Sale.

Gift with Purchase – Should you receive a free gift as part of a promotion, the free gift should be returned if you decide to return all or part of your qualifying order. If the free gift is not returned then the full retail price of the free gift will be deducted from any refund amount due.

Sending your item(s) back to us

Complete the returns section on the reverse of your invoice.
Affix the pre-paid Royal Mail label included with your delivery to the outside of your parcel.
Drop off at your local post office. Please obtain and keep your proof of postage.

Personalised products. If your item has been customised to include our clip-on fastening option, we’re unable to refund the cost of the alteration.

Bespoke, made to order products.

Any product that has been used, returned without its original packaging, or is returned in an unsaleable condition.



When exchanging your item(s), remember to include details of the new style/colourway using the returns form. We’ll dispatch your replacement product(s) free to UK addresses. We will contact you if there are additional funds to pay.

Products may only be exchanged once. Your exchanged product can be returned for a refund less the cost of the return postage – £3.50.



International returns should be posted back to our studio address below. We are unable to cover the cost of international returns. Toolally Jewellery, 20-22 Newtown, Barnoldswick, Lancashire, BB18 5UQ, United Kingdom. Refunds only, to exchange please re-order.



If your order arrives damaged or imperfect, please contact us on 01282 389015 or stating your order number and the nature of the fault. We will then advise the best way to deal with it.


Within 12 months of date of purchase

Every piece of Toolally jewellery bought from is covered by a 12 month warranty* which covers manufacturing faults but excludes fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. If, within 12 months, your jewellery needs repair, please let us know by emailing and we will provide you with a repair service free of charge.

After 12 months from date of purchase

Although we endeavour to ensure that every piece of Toolally jewellery is finished to our strict quality standards, nothing is indestructible and at times you may need a repair after your warranty. In this instance please contact us at
