We hope you’ll love wearing your new jewellery as much as we loved making it. To help keep it in gorgeous condition, follow our care advice and give it a little Toolally TLC…

Keep your jewellery away from perfume and lotions as they can cause discolouring
Perspex is a little bit fragile, so handle your jewellery carefully
Store your jewellery in its box to keep it safe.

Our scarves are made from 100% silk satin and are dry clean only.

Delivery

We’ll get your Toolally jewellery to you safe and sound – take a look at our delivery options below. If you have any questions or need your order delivered quickly, get in touch and we’ll get you sorted.

Standard delivery (3 – 5 working days) – £3.00

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class - £4.20

We do ship overseas, please get in touch if your country isn't available on the delivery menu and we will sort it out for you.

FREE when you spend over £75

Returns

All purchases made in December 2019 qualify for our extended Christmas returns policy. Items purchased from 1st December 2019 can be returned up until 28th January.

We hope you’re totally in love with your Toolally purchase. If for any reason you are not, please return your jewellery unworn in its original packaging within 14 days of purchasing for an exchange or refund. All refunds and exchanges are processed within 7 working days.

Sending your item(s) back to us

Complete the returns table on the reverse of your invoice.

Print off a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label and attach to the outside of your parcel.

Drop off at your local post office. Please obtain and keep your proof of postage.

Damaged products can be returned to us free of charge using our prepaid returns service.
For unwanted items we will refund the cost of your order less the cost for using the prepaid returns service which is currently £3.

International returns

International returns should be posted back to our studio address below. We are unable to cover the cost of international returns.
