Keep your jewellery away from perfume and lotions as they can cause discolouring
Perspex is a little bit fragile, so handle your jewellery carefully
Store your jewellery in its box to keep it safe.

Our scarves are made from 100% silk satin and are dry clean only.

Delivery

We’ll get your Toolally jewellery to you safe and sound – take a look at our delivery options below. If you have any questions or need your order delivered quickly, get in touch and we’ll get you sorted.

Standard delivery (3 – 5 working days) – £3.00

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class - £4.20

We do ship overseas, please get in touch if your country isn't available on the delivery menu and we will sort it out for you.

Returns

We hope you’re totally in love with your Toolally purchase, but if for any reason you are not, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receipt.

If your order arrives damaged or imperfect please return your jewellery in its original packaging along with your invoice to the address below and we will send you a replacement.

When we’ve received your jewellery the cost of the postage will also be credited back to you using the same method you used to pay for your order. Please obtain and keep proof of postage for your returned item(s).

If, when you receive your jewellery, you find the size or colour not to your liking then get in touch to arrange exchange or return. In this instance we will require you to cover the postage cost.

When returning items for exchange or refund please send by tracked or signed for. We will exchange or refund your item(s) as soon as we receive your original purchase.
