  • Designer's Notes

    When we’re cutting our bold, graphic shapes and architectural forms there is natural wastage, and one weekend I was looking at all of the acrylic pieces that come out of the earrings and realised I could create a whole new collection at an affordable price with what is effectively our waste. And so, I set about putting it to good use with our Recycled Collection, which brings those unwanted spaces to life.

      We do ship overseas, please get in touch if your country isn't available on the delivery menu and we will sort it out for you.

        Returns

        We hope you’re totally in love with your Toolally purchase. If for any reason you are not, please return your jewellery unworn in its original packaging within 14 days of purchasing for an exchange or refund. All refunds and exchanges are processed within 7 working days.

        Sending your item(s) back to us

        Complete the returns table on the reverse of your invoice.

        Print off a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label and attach to the outside of your parcel.

        Drop off at your local post office. Please obtain and keep your proof of postage.

        Damaged products can be returned to us free of charge using our prepaid returns service.
        For unwanted items we will refund the cost of your order less the cost for using the prepaid returns service which is currently £3.

        International returns
