We want you to keep on loving your Toolally jewellery so we offer a free repair service where an item which becomes damaged can be returned to us for repair even if it has been worn many times regardless of where you bought it.

 

This service applies to items not covered by our returns policy.

 

 

For UK Customers

 

Send your damaged item to us suitably packaged to avoid further damage to:

Please include an email address and a return postal address

 

 

For non-UK Customers

 

We want to provide you with the same service but unfortunately we will have to charge postage for returning the item to you.

 

In some cases this may be prohibitively expensive so please get in touch by email before sending anything to us at info@toolally.com.

 

Items sent to us without prior agreement to repair might not be returned to you.
