Summer Scarf Style

School’s out for summer and its peak time to be jetting off on holiday. With that in mind, Team Toolally brings you three summery ways to wear the Toolally scarf…

Starting off with a casual daytime look, try threading your scarf through one belt hole in your favourite jeans – either standard blue or go extra summery and wear white.

We suggest finishing with a lightweight, bardot blouse. Accessorise with oversized sunglasses, your favourite Toolally earrings and some statement sandals.

Jeans aren’t always the best option for the soaring temperatures of Sicily, so why not try a classic denim skirt. We love this one by Alexa Chung. You can still create the same look tying the scarf round your belt hole, but at the same time keep your legs cool.

For a very feminine look, turn our new Peacock scarf in pale blue into a hair band.

Wear this look with your favourite sun dress. CO has a beautiful denim number available at net-a-porter. Finish with a pair of staple gladiator sandals – we love these from Ancient Greek Sandals.

And for our third and final look for this post, we’ve gone full Parisian style with the By Moonlight scarf in Arctic blue, mandarin and sapphire. Slightly smaller in size, this scarf just oozes high fashion when tied round the neck.

Draw attention to your scarf with an understated top. Reuse the bardot blouse from look number one (for those capsule wardrobe lovers) or if you’re more of a shopaholic, try this fun cami from J.Crew.

Opt for culottes instead of a skirt or trousers. This pair from Diane von Furstenberg are perfect for mooching the streets of Paris in the sun.

Alternatively, if you prefer a more traditional look, try these white capri jeans from Crew Clothing. Finish with some funky espadrilles like this metallic-look pair by Saint Laurent.

So that’s it. Three ways to wear the Toolally scarf, the summer holiday edition. Keep an eye out for further posts and style inspiration.

Stay stylish!
