Terms & Conditions

• Min. order 2 units per item and min. value £450 excluding VAT. VAT is charged at 20% for all UK sales.
• Payment terms proforma as standard
• Standard UK shipping is £12 including VAT. Overseas charged at cost.
• Toolally products sold by stockists must carry the Toolally brand name.
• Exclusivity within a 5 mile radius (or, within London, the same postcode area e.g. SW4, WC1X etc.) can be negotiated based on a commitment to a minimum order value within a 12 month period
• We are not able to guarantee exclusivity to a stockist who has not placed an order with us within the last six months.
